Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. We also offer mats and sweat towels to use or purchase.

Our studio is spacious and can accommodate up to 30 students per class. We recommend signing up in advance to secure your spot.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion ideally made from natural fibres like cotton or bamboo to let your skin breath. Bare feet are best for grip and alignment.

We offer a variety of styles including infrared heated Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Meditation, Slow flow, and more. Check our schedule or class descriptions for details. From April 2026 we will also offer kids and teens term time yoga programs.

Infrared heated yoga is a style of hot yoga practiced in a room warmed with infrared heat panels instead of traditional forced-air heating systems. It combines the benefits of yoga with the therapeutic effects of infrared heat.

  • Infrared panels emit far infrared rays (FIR) — a type of radiant heat that warms your body directly, not just the air around you.
  • This is similar to how the sun warms your skin on a cold day, without heating the air.

Deeper Detoxification

  • Infrared heat promotes sweating at a cellular level, which may help flush out toxins more effectively than conventional heat.

Improved Circulation

  • The heat can help increase blood flow, which may boost oxygenation and speed up muscle recovery.

Enhanced Flexibility

  • Warm muscles are more pliable, allowing for deeper, safer stretches.

Reduced Joint & Muscle Pain

  • Infrared heat is often used therapeutically to ease inflammation, stiffness, and soreness.

Calming for the Nervous System

  • Unlike forced air, infrared heat is silent and gentle, making the experience more meditative and less oppressive.

While it offers many benefits, it might not be suitable for:

  • Pregnant individuals (consult a doctor first)
  • Those with certain heart conditions or heat sensitivities
  • People new to hot yoga (start with a lower temperature or shorter class)
  • Always stay hydrated and listen to your body during heated classes.

  • Our Vinyasa Flow class is heated to 30C which will make you sweat without the heat intensity that can make some people dizzy and nauseous.
  • Our other classes are heated to a max of 25C.
  • The heat feels drier and more comfortable compared to traditional humid hot yoga rooms.

Our Hatha, Slow flow and Yin Meditation classes are a great place to start. Our yoga teachers provide modifications for different experience levels.

Not at all! Yoga is for every body type and skill level. Flexibility improves with consistent practice.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disrupting others and doors will be locked for class duration.

Silence phones, speak quietly, clean your mat after class, and be mindful of others' space and energy.

All props and mats should be wiped with our natural antibacterial spray which kills 99% of germs. The studio is cleaned regularly using natural antibacterial products.
